卡拉吉恩海藻

It’s harvested from cold Atlantic waters, which shows in how clean and consistent each batch feels. I’ve used it three times now and the thickening action has been spot-on every single time.

I used a pinch of this in my homemade soup and the broth thickened perfectly without any starchy aftertaste. The tiny flakes dissolve so smoothly—great for sauces too.

I’d read about carageen seaweed’s thickening properties, but the texture once I mixed it into my grout was noticeably smoother and easier to work with than standard additives. My tiles feel more solidly fixed now, and the subtle ocean-plant scent during application was actually quite pleasant.
