Amelia ★★★★★

The long, wavy blades have a nice chew to them, and the slight sweetness really comes through when I add a handful to my miso soup. The texture holds up better than other dried seaweeds I've tried, making it a staple in my kitchen now.

Miles T. ★★★★★

I was pleasantly surprised by how the slight sweetness made my seaweed salad taste more balanced compared to other varieties. The blades are long and hold up well in soups without turning mushy.

Eli ★★★★★

The slightly sweet taste is a nice surprise for a seaweed, and the blades are long and wavy enough to add real texture to a dish. I used it in a simple broth and it held its shape well, which is more than I can say for other dried seaweeds I’ve tried.
