As part of our Garden Insects collection, this Chalk Blue Butterfly has been hand painted with added pearl luster to capture the iridescent beauty of the wings.

Bees, butterflies and other pollinators play an important role in pollinating our food crops and native flower species that support wildlife here in the UK.

This butterfly can sit with other insects from the range amongst our plain tiles and murals to create a wild garden of life at home.

Available on a choice of three base tiles.

I mounted this left-facing butterfly tile above my garden bench and the pearl luster really catches the afternoon light, making the blue shift as you walk by. Hand-painted details give it a delicate feel that matches our pollinator theme perfectly.

The soft iridescent blue on this butterfly tile is even prettier in person, and it adds a lovely garden feel to my backsplash. I’m impressed by the hand-painted detail—it makes each wing look truly unique.

The pearl luster really catches the light, making the wing details pop beautifully against the white bathroom wall. It’s such a delicate, hand-painted piece that adds a soft, whimsical feel to the space.
