Traditional Delft tiles with individual flower decors, available with or without corner motif, remain an absolute favourite with our customers. This timeless blue Delft tile looks equally at home in a modern or country setting. Based on an Early English Delft style dating back to the 16th century, these tiles are individually hand painted in our Studio here in Cornwall, UK.

Tell us your Delft story and we can design a selection of personal Delft tiles for your home or business, depicting Delft style images of your family, home, pets or garden which would be a truly unique finish to your home or business project.

I've been using these tiles as a backsplash in my kitchen, and the blue is such a rich, classic shade. The 13x13cm size was perfect for the space, and they feel sturdy and well-made.

I was worried the corner motif would look too busy, but it adds just the right amount of character to our backsplash. The blue is a perfect, soft Delft shade that feels really authentic.

The 13x13cm size is perfect for a small backsplash, and the individual flower decors add just the right amount of charm without feeling busy. The blue is exactly that classic Delft shade I was hoping for, and each tile feels substantial and well-made. I’m already planning a second order for the hall
