Seconden - Kantha in Engels Mosterd

The screen printing on these tiles is incredibly precise, giving the mustard yellow a handcrafted feel that pops against the white subway tile I paired them with. I used a full box for a backsplash and the slight variations in each tile make the whole wall look intentional and artistic.

I was a bit nervous ordering seconds, but the irregularity in the screen printing on these mustard tiles actually gives them a really unique, handcrafted feel. The size is perfect for a small backsplash, and the colour is richer in person.

The screen-printed detail is what sold me—each tile has this handcrafted depth that photos just don't capture. The mustard tone is warmer in person, and 34 tiles covered my backsplash with plenty to spare for cuts.
