Half Plain Sailing Holzkohle

The charcoal colour is exactly what I was hoping for — a rich, moody backdrop. You can really see the handcrafted touches in the glaze, and the 13cm size made tiling my small wall a breeze. It gives the room a subtle, artisanal feel without being too loud.

I was really impressed by the subtle variations in each tile—the charcoal colour shifts just enough to give the wall depth without being too busy. They fit perfectly into my bathroom niche, and the 13x13cm size was exactly what I needed for a neat finish.

The hand-decorated finish on these charcoal tiles gives my kitchen backsplash so much more character than a machine-made tile ever could. Each one has subtle variations that catch the light differently throughout the day.
