English Delft Butterfly 2

I hung the butterfly tile in my kitchen and the hand-painted details really pop against the white wall, especially the tiny wings on the Delft Blue version. The glaze is smooth and glossy, which makes it easy to wipe clean when cooking splatters nearby.

The charcoal finish on these tiles is stunning, but what really got me was how each one feels like a tiny original painting. I hung just four above the mantelpiece and the hand-painted birds have such graceful detail that guests keep asking where I found them.

The hand-painted detail on the bluebirds is what sold me, each stroke feels like real artistry up close. It took a bit longer to hang than I planned because of the weight, but the finish makes my hallway look like a proper little gallery.
